How to Get Started

  • Copies of all business tax returns that you own more than 25% interest in for the last two years (including all schedules, K-1s, 1099s and W-2s)

  • Pay stubs for the last 30 days

  • Bank statements for the last 60 days (all pages)

  • Most recent asset and retirement account statements (all pages)

  • Name and phone number of homeowner's insurance agent

  • Year-to-date financials, if self-employed

  • Anything else you believe will help us in underwriting your loan

 

We will guide you through the entire application process. With this information, we can estimate how long it will take for approval and what you can expect as we move through to closing. We are able to fund in as little as two weeks for qualified clients.
